HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I would highly recommend Charlie if you are looking for a specialist driving instructor. He was friendly, approachable and experienced in a variety of customer needs and adaptations. His calm nature made me feel relaxed, whilst also increasing my confidence. INTENSIVE COURSE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I work as a rehabilitation case manager working with amputee clients. After spending many months trying to secure intense automatic driving lessons for our client, we discovered Klaus at ACDriver. Klaus was immediately communicative, clear and set out a plan to support our client with intense driving lessons to be followed by taking his driving test.
Our client passed first time after a week of intensive lessons. This makes a massive impact on our client's life and gets him back to independent transportation.
I highly recommend Klaus at AC Driver to support anyone interested in passing their driving test, especially if in need of an automatic or adapted vehicle.

privilege of learning to drive with an exceptional instructor who is also a disability specialist. As someone with autism, anxiety, and PTSD, I was terrified about learning to drive especially as both instructors I’d had in the past were less than professional to put it bluntly, but my instructor this time around had a calm and collected demeanor which put me at ease from day one.
Their understanding and patience made all the difference. They tailored the lessons to my needs, ensuring I felt comfortable and supported throughout. Their expertise in working with individuals facing various challenges is truly remarkable.
Thanks to their guidance, I not only learned how to drive but gained a newfound sense of confidence. I can't recommend this instructor enough to anyone looking for a supportive, understanding, and highly skilled driving instructor.

SPECIALIST DRIVING INSTRUCTOR I would highly recommend Charlie if you are looking for a specialist driving instructor. The car is fully adapted, my daughter only needed the steering ball. Charlie is knowledgeable and has been very helpful. He has been easy to contact and quick to reply. Thanks to his patience my daughter passed her test first time.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DRIVING INSTRUCTOR!! Charlie of AC Driver is an excellent driving instructor. He is very professional, reliable and well patient instructor. He is specifically qualified and equipped 'specialist instructors', although I don’t need adaptions, his car is well equipped with the adaptions. And he always maintains his car with high standards of cleanliness.
I learnt from basically zero from driving and I need to be honest that I was not talented students, besides, English is not my first language. But Charlie helped me to get through all of these difficulties, he taught me all the driving skills, techniques and most importantly the attitude of safety driving. I highly recommended AC driving for you.

A PROFESSIONAL DRIVING INSTRUCTOR WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT HELPING THE DISABLED TO DRIVE. I found AC Driver via a Google search and their website. The site had an easy to find enrolment form to fill in. I preferred this as I really do not like cold calling. So I found the signup stress-free communicating from then on via email.
The lessons felt well-planned and adapted to my needs. Each starting and ending in a lesson recap. I felt really accommodated in my disability making sure I was comfortable first and foremost.
Charlie has a wealth of knowledge, punctual and clearly cares about the profession while treating it as such.
The car was well serviced, clean and comfortable. Many adaptions for a variety of disabilities but I only needed the left-hand accelerator in an automatic.
After just over a year of lessons and 3 test attempts, I have passed.

FANTASTIC DRIVING INSTRUCTOR!! Fantastic driving instructor, couldn't recommend him more!! I was nervous and a complete beginner on my first automatic lesson and with Charlie's patience and guidance from his wealth of experience I not only passed my test but am now confident behind the wheel and really enjoy driving! Very patient and knowledgeable, he really breaks driving down for you over your lessons so you never feel overwhelmed. He does however know when to push you to achieve each milestone so you really get the most out of each lesson. Always highly professional but has an easy going manner which helps you to feel relaxed.
Very reliable and always punctual, the car is brilliant and comfortable to drive with all of the adaptions and features you need to help you feel confident. The car is always spotless and well maintained. If you are considering an automatic driving instructor to give you the confidence and skills to pass, or a specialist instructor to fit your needs then this is the instructor for you.

RETURNING TO DRIVING AFTER A 5 YEAR GAP. I was returning to driving after a gap of 5 years. Klaus, is a calm, relaxed instructor, who neither panics or shouts. He communicated clearly and concisely. His car was always clear and fresh. He was punctual arriving at the appointed time. He shared his thoughts of how I could improve my skills in a most positive, supportive manor.

LEARNING TO DRIVE IN AN ADAPTED CAR I had an excellent experience relearning to drive in an adapted car with push pull hand controls and a steering wheel ball. The instructions were clear and polite. The instructor was empathetic when I made a few mistakes whilst getting to grips with a new way of driving. It would recommend AC Driver.

DISABILITY DRIVING LESSONS I would highly recommend ac driver.
Klaus was very knowledgeable very experienced and very approachable generally a nice guy to get on with
His car was adapted for what my son needed and kept in a very clean condition
We were very lucky to find ac driver and because of there amazing work my sons driving grew with confidence and he passed first time
I would rate ac driver 5 stars (more if I could)

AMAZING I have disabilities which means I can only drive automatic cars, I am also dyslexic and dyspraxia.
So learning to drive was a big thing for me.
The experience from this Instructor, are great. He went above and beyond. To help me and adapt to the way I learnt. I also passed first time.
